Practical
The rental contract
You sign a rental contract. The minimum rental period is 1 month and you can cancel at any time, provided you give at least 15 days notice before the end of the rental period (by phone or email).
Note. Plaatsgebrek accepts bank transfer, cash and Payconiq payments.
What to bring
- A valid ID card
- Proof of address (e.g. a bank statement or utility bill)
First payment
- One-off admin fee + use of lock and key: € 15
- Deposit for your personal badge: € 25
- Rental deposit equal to 2 months' rent
- Rent for your first rental period
Term & cancellation
- Minimum 1 month rental
- Cancel at any time
- Notice at least 15 days before period ends
